Fairly clean hotel, there were superb location and rooms. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including cheese, fruit and croissants. I liked the room with a balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was convenient, the room was fine and I loved accommodating staff.

I've had an excellent stay at this hotel. I loved spending my time in this clean family-friendly venue.

I liked this family-friendly hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The double room was cool, included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. The staff were attentive and top-class too.

Stunningly beautiful perfect central hotel, amazing views, incredible location exactly opposite the Train station. Tasty buffetbreakfasts, free wi-fi. An early check-in and the staff was amicable.

All in all everything was really good, had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including croissants, fresh fruit and cheese.

A magical hotel, we had a really enjoyable stay. Florence Historic Center district wo n't disappoint you. Restaurant was terrific and spotlessly clean.

We had the most perfect 10/10 few days there. Location was very easy, and we loved recently refurbished rooms and super kind stuff. Our room had a comfy bed and a SPECTACULAR view. Non-smoking hotel set in the peaceful area.

Friendly service, nice breakfast spread. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a good choice of restaurants, went to trattoria za za couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

hotel's close to tourist spots like uffizi gallery. a railroad station was just around the corner.

Here we could visit piazza della signoria that was not far from the hotel. We would stay here again! Santo Spirito district definitely deserves exploring...
